Hello! My name is Jeannine Konkle and I am the face behind Lashtonic by Jeannine. I am a licensed eyelash extension specialist in Fort Worth, Texas. I also offer lash lifts and brow lamination. Before booking, here are my policies and some other information you may need. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me! • A $25 deposit is required to book and reserve your appointment. The deposit will be used towards the total cost of the service and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. • Once you book, there are NO REFUNDS. The deposit can be used towards a new appointment shall you reschedule. • No more than one extra person to your appointment. IF you are bringing your kid(s) please be courteous enough to let me know so I can make accommodations. • If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, cancel your appointment and your deposit can be used to reschedule. If you arrive to your appointment sick, you will be politely asked to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required to book. • If you are running late, you will be given a 10 minute grace period. Once 10 minutes have passed, your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. • Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time and not rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit as well as a 50% cancellation fee (50% of your service cost). Should you reschedule, the deposit can be used for the following appointment. • NO SHOWS will not be refunded the deposit used to book, and any future bookings will need a new deposit. If you no show to your appointment you will be charge for 100% of the service. After two no shows, you will be banned from booking any services with me. • Please come to your appointment with a clean face! No makeup near the eye. Arriving to your appointment with makeup on will require a lash bath before your original scheduled service. The lash bath is an extra service and will be added to the total cost of your appointment; this will also cut into your allocated time slot. There would also be a chance of your service not being completed due to running out of time if not booked correctly. If you have trouble booking it correctly please reach out so I can help. • Biweekly fills are recommended to keep your lashes looking full and beautiful! There will be no refunds after services are rendered! If you are unhappy with the lashes that were placed, a removal can be done at no cost. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel because life happens, it’s okay! Just be courteous enough to call or text to let me know. If you cancel all together and do not reschedule and it’s within 24 hours of your appointment, this will result in the loss of your deposit and 50% of the service cancellation fee. If you reschedule, your deposit can be used for the following appointment. No call no shows will be charged for 100% of the service.
